This builds from the <a href=\"https:\/\/commission.europa.eu\/document\/download\/e6cd4328-673c-4e7a-8683-f63ffb2cf648_en?filename=Political%20Guidelines%202024-2029_EN.pdf\">Political Guidelines of the European Commission<\/a>, themselves drawing ideas from the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.consilium.europa.eu\/media\/ny3j24sm\/much-more-than-a-market-report-by-enrico-letta.pdf\">Letta <\/a>and <a href=\"https:\/\/commission.europa.eu\/topics\/eu-competitiveness\/draghi-report_en\">Draghi <\/a>Reports, as well as the <a href=\"https:\/\/rural-vision.europa.eu\/index_en\">Long-Term Vision for Rural areas<\/a> and the recent <a href=\"https:\/\/agriculture.ec.europa.eu\/vision-agriculture-food_en\">Vision for Agriculture and Food<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u03a4he time is right to consider the role of community-led, social, technological and business innovations in creating vibrant rural areas.
