FUTURAL was excited to participate in the Synergy Days 2024<\/a><\/strong>, held in Barcelona on October 14th and 15th<\/strong>, where innovative projects and initiatives in the agri-food sector gathered to make connections and share innovation. During these two days, the FUTURAL<\/a><\/strong> team actively engaged with event attendees to share its vision and concrete actions to empower rural communities across Europe.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The FUTURAL booth quickly became a focal point at Synergy Days, attracting attendees keen to learn about the project\u2019s scope and developments. The team, represented by reframe.food<\/a> (RFF)<\/strong> showcased key aspects of the project, such as the Smart Solutions, the MAPs (Multi-Actor Pilot) areas, and the Metasearch Platform<\/strong>. Visitors could explore FUTURAL\u2019s objectives up close and gain insights into how these targeted solutions are being developed to meet the specific needs of European rural communities. The hands-on engagement at the booth set the stage for fruitful discussions on the future of rural empowerment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

On 14\/10, FUTURAL organised an impactful workshop led by Matei Popovici from the Politechnic University of Bucharest<\/a> (UPB) <\/strong>. Titled \u201cWeatherWise: Bridging Technological Divide in Rural Communities,\u201d<\/strong> the workshop introduced attendees to a unique chatbot powered by Large Language Models (LLMs).<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n

This innovative tool that will be embedded in FUTURAL\u2019s Metasearch Platform offers real-time insights and personalised recommendations on sustainable agriculture practices to rural citizens.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
